We instruct in the Korean Martial Arts.These classes are for 14 and Up.
Children Classes

Kids ages 7-12. Great family and multiple children discounts.
Little Ninjas
$75/month
Children ages 4 to 6 attend twice a week to learn skills through martial arts.
Women's Self Defense
Women's Self Defense
$60 per six-week course
This is a six-week, module-based course that takes a holistic approach to women's self-defense. It is offered several times a year. During the 6-week course classes are scheduled for 7:15-8:15 pm on Wednesday Evenings. Call or text now to reserve your spot in the next class. Space is limited.

Come get your sweat on in 2023. Classes offered every Wednesday Morning and Friday mornings at 6:30 am. Kicking, punching bag workouts await you! $60/month for 1 class a week or $75/month for two classes a week. Or drop in for $20 on any given day.
